Remember Café Tarragon is 98% vegan (we found out even our bread products are vegan) and 90% gluten free. We are an all-vegetarian-vegetable-heaven using mostly organic and local (just picked the zucchinis, basil, oregano and lettuce from our garden today) products. We are proud to be one of the only places in town to use all compostable to-go-ware.

Lake Effect Veggie Burger
From the shores of lake Michigan we bring you the Lake Effect Burger, a scrumptious, juicy Veggie burger topped with onions, tomatoes, lettuce, veganase and your choice of vegan or regular colby cheese. Also included is our home baked sweet potato fries, and pickle. GF Optional, Vegan Optionsl
The Taj Mahal Sandwich
Look out taste buds your about to experience a whole new taste sensation with a falafel patty, fresh coriander chutney, sprouts, spinach, and thinly sliced cucumbers fitted into a special nan bread that will blow you away! All we can say is YUM! Vegan

Here is a classic Muffaletta loaded with a marinated Italian olive & veggie olive oil medley topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and provolone cheese and gently stuffed into a special Muffaletta roll. Inspired by a Puerto Rican chef friend of ours this salad is sure to put some sunshine in your day. Arugula, tofu, sunflower sprouts, tomatoes, plantain and sesame seeds w/ Puerto Rican Coffee Dressing all adds up to one of the best salads loaded with antitoxins, vitamins and proteins.
