We take great care in making sure your product is safely shipped to you. We may recycle boxes whenever possible so do not worry if there is a picture on a box that may not be the product you ordered. Your exact item will be contained within.
Most orders can be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the payment is received. We will contact you if an order will take longer like for mattresses and some other specialty items. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
We will not ship orders with other UPS accounts. Due to complications in the claims process in the event of a damaged shipment, we can only ship orders with our UPS account.
There is no profit on shipping and some items ship for free…check for listing under products.
